How-to open a Support Ticket
Login to Ecenica Dashboard. For help logging in please see How do I log into Ecenica Dashboard
Click or tap Open a Ticket.
Choose the department your query relates to and click or tap Open Ticket.
Alternatively, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from an email address registered with your Ecenica profile and a Support Ticket will be automatically opened for you.
