Affiliate programme FAQs
The detailed rules live in our Affiliate Programme Terms. These answers cover the essentials.
Who can apply?
Individuals aged 18 or over and authorised business representatives can apply. Ecenica reviews each application and approval is required before participation.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no fee to apply for or join the affiliate programme.
How long are referrals tracked?
Your affiliate link tracks eligible referrals for 90 days from their first visit, so they do not need to order immediately.
Which purchases earn commission?
Select hosting, email and cloud services are eligible. Domains, upgrades, add-ons and miscellaneous services are excluded. Commission is calculated on the eligible net price before tax.
Where can I track referrals and commission?
Your affiliate Dashboard shows referral visits, sign-ups and commission progress, including pending and available balances.
When does commission become available?
Commission remains pending while the referred service is checked and must remain active through the approval period. Your Dashboard shows pending and available balances.
What if a referral does not appear in my Dashboard?
Check that the customer used your referral link and ordered an eligible service. A referral may also be missing if tracking was unavailable or the order was cancelled. Contact our affiliate team with the order details if you need help.
How are payouts requested?
Once the available balance reaches the £30 threshold, you can request payment by bank transfer. Processing dates, bank charges and tax responsibilities are covered in the Terms.
How can I promote Ecenica?
You can use honest recommendations across your own channels. Spam, misleading advertising and unauthorised use of Ecenica trademarks are prohibited.
What happens if a referred order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled or refunded orders may not qualify for commission. Check your Dashboard for the current status and the Affiliate Programme Terms for the full rules.
How can I get help with the programme?
Contact our affiliate team if you have a question about your link, a referral or a payout.
Review the complete Affiliate Programme Terms.
