Who qualifies for a free migration?

A free Professional Website Migration is available once with qualifying yearly hosting. Request it within 30 days of purchase. Your old host must provide suitable cPanel, FTP, SSH or eligible WordPress administrator access.

How many websites can be moved?

The allowance depends on your hosting plan and current setup. cPanel-to-cPanel migrations may include multiple websites under one account; migrations without cPanel are normally limited to one site. Contact us to confirm your allowance.

What information do you need?

We normally need the old hosting control-panel URL and credentials, or FTP/SSH access. For some WordPress websites, an administrator login may be sufficient; our WordPress transfer guide explains the information involved. Domain access may also be needed for the final DNS change.

Will my website remain available?

We plan migrations to minimise disruption and let you review the migrated website before the final switch. DNS and third-party factors can affect availability, so the service is provided as-is and you remain responsible for maintaining backups and checking the completed site.

Can you move email as well?

Eligible cPanel email can be moved when the destination plan has enough storage. Non-cPanel email transfers are manual and may carry an additional charge. We can also leave email with your current provider while moving only the website.

What if I need another or faster migration?

Additional migrations and same-day work may be available for a one-time fee, subject to capacity and the complexity of the move. Contact us for a quote and availability.
