How can I change my Dashboard log in username

Your login email is the username you use to sign in to Ecenica Dashboard. It is separate from any contact email addresses on your account.

1. Log in to Ecenica Dashboard.
2. Click My Profile > Profile.
3. Update the Email / Login username field to your new login email address.
4. Click Update Profile.

Use your new email address the next time you sign in.

Note: This changes your login email only. To update a contact email on your account, go to Contacts and edit the relevant contact.

Please use your new email username the next time you log in to Ecenica Dashboard.
