Setup your BlackBerry to securely access your email account using IMAP by following the steps below:
- Tap Settings on your BlackBerry, then scroll down and tap Accounts
- From the bottom menu, tap Add Account then Advanced
- Tap IMAP
- Enter your account details
- Username: Your full Ecenica email address, for example, info@example.com
- Email Address: Your full Ecenica email address, for example, info@example.com
- Password: Your email account password
- Server Address: mail.example.com – replacing example.com with your own domain
- Encryption: Select SSL
- Port: 993
- IMAP Path Prefix: INBOX
- SMTP Username: Your full Ecenica email address, for example, info@example.com
- SMTP Password: Your email account password
- SMTP Server Address: mail.example.com – replacing example.com with your own domain
- SMTP Encryption: Select SSL
- SMTP Port: 465
- Tap Done at the top right to finish.
