When you place an order we will notify you by email of your order being placed and later once your order has been set up.

If you have signed up and not received an order confirmation, please check the following:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder at the email address saved with your Ecenica profile.
  2. Log in to Ecenica Dashboard and click Email Archive to view copies of every email we have sent to you.
  3. Check the email address saved with your Ecenica profile is correct. A typo in your email address will stop you from receiving our emails.
