To view account server settings in version of Outlook 2016 released after July 2018 please follow the steps below;

  • In Outlook, choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
  • Select the email account you want to change, and then choose Repair.
  • Select Advanced Options
  • Tock “Let me repair my account manually”.
  • Click the Repair button
  • You will now see the screen for editing email server settings.
