See how much storage space your email accounts are using in cPanel using the Email Disk Usage utility. This utility breaks down the total storage of your mailboxes into each folder. You can quickly see where a mailbox is using it’s disk space. You can also use the utility to quickly delete messages from mailboxes.
Viewing Email Disk Usage in cPanel
- Log in to Dashboard.
- Under Services click Manage next to your Ecenica service hosting your email account.
- Click the Email tab.
- Click Email Disk Usage
- Select a mailbox from the Account drop-down to see a full breakdown, folder by folder, of your mailbox storage usage.
