How to Clone a WordPress Site using WP Toolkit

With Ecenica WP Toolkit you can easily clone WordPress within a few clicks to a new domain name on your Ecenica hosting service. This is great if you’re launching a new site from a development domain on to a live domain, or simply want to clone an existing site to use on a new project.

Step 1: Access WP Toolkit

1. Log in to your Ecenica Dashboard
2. Click Manage next your Ecenica hosting service.
3. Click WordPress Manager.

Step 2: Clone WordPress

1. Find the site you wish to clone and expand it’s options in WP Toolkit.
2. Click Clone.
3. Select ‘Create subdomain’ or ‘Use existing domain’ – If you can’t see your domain, you need to add your domain first.
4. Optionally enter a database name.
5. Click Start.

Ecenica WP Toolkit will display a confirmation message once the WordPress clone operation is complete.
