- Log in to your domain registrar’s account.
- Go to your domain’s name server settings.
- Replace your current name servers with the Ecenica name servers below.
- ns1.ecenica.com
- ns2.ecenica.com

- Check that the name servers you have entered are correct. A simple typo can stop your domain from working.
- Check your Ecenica hosting service is active.
- If this is an addon website, check you’ve added the domain to your Ecenica hosting service.
- If none of above has worked then contact your existing domain registrar to see why the name server change hasn’t worked.
If I only update the DNS NS records, will my domain resolve correctly?
No, your domain will not resolve correctly if you only update the DNS NS records on your DNS provider and do not update them at the domain registry.
