Why does my invoice still show as unpaid after paying by BACS?

Please allow up to 72 hours for Dashboard to show the new invoice status.

BACS payments need our Billing Team to manually verify your payment and link it to your invoice. This means the invoice status shown on the invoice page is not real-time.

Once we’ve confirmed your payment has arrived OK, we’ll update your invoice to show your payment.
