Find and understand charges from Ecenica.com that you see on your bank, credit card, debit card or mobile billing statement.
1. Find out if the charge was for a recent purchase.
Click here to login to Ecenica Dashboard. Then click Billing > My Invoices to view your purchase history.
2. Find out if the charge was for a subscription which was renewed.
When you look at the list of all your purchases the invoice may relate to a subscription or domain name which have been renewed automatically.
If you no longer want the subscription, you can request a cancelation.
3. Check whether a colleague or family member has made a purchase.
If our name doesn’t ring a bell then you might want to ask work colleagues or your family if they have signed up for hosting service or domain name. You can check your purchase history under Billing > My Invoices from your Ecenica Dashboard.
Sub account contacts may have permission to purchase on your behalf. You can manage your sub account contact purchasing permissions.
Anyone who has your Ecenica Dashboard username and password can make charges to your account. If you have authorised charges, change your Ecenica Dashboard password.
4. Check whether you have bought something using another Ecenica Dashboard profile.
Check your emails for any notifications from Ecenica.com of a purchase. The email address we sent the email notification to may be the username of the Ecenica Dashboard profile which made the purchase.
Go to Ecenica Dashboard and sign in with your other Ecenica Dashboard profile. Then access your invoices.
5. Contact Ecenica Support
If you’ve followed the steps above and could not find out why you were charged, please contact Ecenica Support
