How-to sort emails in Webmail

You can sort emails in Ecenica Webmail by

  • Arrival date
  • Sent date
  • Subject
  • From/To
  • From
  • To
  • Copy
  • Size

By default, emails in Ecenica Webmail are sorted by ‘None’ which is the date the email file has been modified on the email server, newest to oldest. This is the fastest way of sorting your emails and provides the best mailbox performance when viewing larger mailboxes or folders.

Steps to sort emails

  1. Log in to Ecenica Webmail.
  2. In your inbox or folder, click Options from the top menu.
  3. Click the Sorting column drop down and choose the way you want to sort your emails.
  4. Optionally choose the Sorting order and List mode.
  5. Click Save.

Tip: Once you have changed the sorting order, Webmail will remember the setting until you next change it. To reset, click Options then choose None from the sorting column.
