cPanel is included with Ecenica web hosting plans and isn’t available on domain-only accounts. If you registered a domain with Ecenica but don’t have a hosting plan with us, you won’t see a cPanel login in your dashboard.
If you already have a web hosting plan (not Free DNS) on a separate Ecenica account, open a ticket and we can check your account details and confirm if cPanel is included.
If you need cPanel
You’ll need a web hosting plan. All Ecenica hosting plans include cPanel and free SSL certificates as standard.
