How do I select multiple messages?

Microsoft Windows & Apple Mac

1. Click on a message in the message list.
2. Press and hold the Shift key and select another message.
3. All messages between the two selected message will now be highlighted

Selecting individual messages

Microsoft Windows

1. Click on a message in the message list.
2. Press and hold the Ctrl key.
3. Click on another message.
4. Both messages will now be highlighted.

Apple Mac
