How-to Setup an Email Filter to Block an Email Address

Can I block an email address so that I do not receive mails from them?

Individual Email Accounts

  1. Open your web browser and visit https://webmail.example.com replacing example.com with your domain name.
  2. Log in to your email account
  3. At the top right, click your email address to open a drop-down menu. Select Email Filters
  4. Click Create New Filter
  5. Add a name for the rule. For example. Block info@example.com
  6. Select From, then select Contains and then enter the email address you wish to block. For example, info@example.com
  7. Select Discard Message
  8. Click Create

The email filter is immediately active and will begin blocking emails from the domain you have entered.
