Fix sending issues in Microsoft Outlook using steps below:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings…
  3. Select your Ecenica email account and click Change…
  4. Check the following setting:
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter, replacing with your domain name.
  5. Click More Settings …
  6. Click the Advanced tab.
  7. Under Outgoing Server (SMTP) Use the following type of encrypted connection, select SSL
  8. Check the Outgoing Server (SMTP) port number is set to 465 and not 25
  9. Click OK
  10. Click Next
  11. Click Finish
