Fix sending issues in Microsoft Outlook using steps below:
- Open Outlook
- Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings…
- Select your Ecenica email account and click Change…
- Check the following setting:
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain name.
- Click More Settings …
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under Outgoing Server (SMTP) Use the following type of encrypted connection, select SSL
- Check the Outgoing Server (SMTP) port number is set to 465 and not 25
- Click OK
- Click Next
- Click Finish
