When you try to send email from your Ecenica email account in Microsoft Outlook the following error message appears
Could not send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 550 Access denied -Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 18.104.22.168)
If you’re seeing this error it’s likely SMTP authentication is not configured in your Outlook email app.
To fix the error “550 Access denied – Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 22.214.171.124)” please enable SMTP authentication using the steps in How-to enable SMTP Authentication in Outlook
