Do I need to transfer my domain?

You do not need to transfer your domain to us. If your domain company supports basic domain settings you use any Ecenica web hosting, email hosting, Managed VPS or dedicated servers without having to transfer your domains to us.

How do I use my domain?

To use your Ecenica account you’ll just need to arrange for your domain registrar (the company you registered your domain with) to update your nameservers or DNS records. See How do I point my domain to you? for more information.

I can’t change my domain. What now?

If your domain provider does not allow you to change your domain’s name servers, or wants to charge you for the service, then you’ll probably find transferring your domain to Ecenica will save you valuable time and money. See How can I transfer my domain to you?.
