The Default Email Account is a special email address set up when your Ecenica cPanel account is created.
This address acts as a “catch-all” for all mail sent to mailboxes that do not exist on your domain. As such, it can receive a large amount of spam.
To prevent your account being flooded with spam email we have we have disabled the default “catch-all”.
The default email account cannot be deleted or renamed, and it has no quota. It cannot be used for sending email.
