In this article we explain how you can quickly and easily enable Maintenance Mode in AbanteCart to hide your website as you develop it. By default AbanteCart is in ‘Live’ mode and will be publicly available. When Maitenance Mode is enabled your website will be hidden and only viewable to Administrators.
Steps to enable Maintenance Mode in AbanteCart
- Log in to your AbanteCart
- Click System > Settings > System
- Set Maintenance mode to On
- Click Save
