Which services are covered?
Eligible Cloud/Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting plans purchased on a monthly billing cycle are covered. The guarantee is limited to one use per customer and applies to the first eligible order.
What is not covered?
Yearly hosting, domain names, Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers, Email Hosting, Reseller Hosting, SSL certificates, add-ons, paid support, migration fees and other professional or administrative services are excluded.
Are there usage or account conditions?
Eligible accounts must not have used the free migration service or exceeded 1GB of bandwidth. Upgrades, abusive or suspended accounts, and accounts that breach our Terms are not eligible.
How and when will I receive the refund?
Approved refunds cover the eligible hosting fee, less excluded setup or additional charges and any included domain cost. Refunds go to the original payment card and can take up to 10 business days to appear.
