How to copy email signatures from Webmail V2 to new Ecenica Webmail

Steps to copy HTML Signatures (fonts, images, etc)

Step 1. Copy your HTML signature from the old Webmail

  1. Log in to legacy Ecenica webmail
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Identities
  4. Click your email address.
  5. Click HTML in the Signature field.
  6. Select all the text so it’s highlighted, right-click with your mouse and click Copy

Step 2. Import HTML signature into new Webmail

  1. Log in to new Ecenica webmail
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Identities.
  4. Click your email address.
  5. Click HTML in the Signature field.
  6. Click Source code.
  7. Click the text field, right-click with your mouse and click Paste
  8. Click Save

Steps to copy Plain Text Signatures

Step 1. Copy your Plain Text signature from the old Webmail

  1. Log in to legacy Ecenica webmail
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Identities
  4. Click your email address.
  5. Select all the text in the Signature field so it’s highlighted, right-click with your mouse and click Copy

Step 2. Import HTML signature into new Webmail

  1. Log in to new Ecenica webmail
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Identities.
  4. Click your email address.
  5. Click the Signature text field, right-click with your mouse and click Paste
  6. Click Save
