Learn how to delete an account in cPanel WebHost Manager (WHM).
You can remove an account from your Ecenica web hosting package using the built-in ‘Terminate An Account’ tool in WHM. When you terminate an account, all files and settings linked to the account are removed from your Ecenica hosting space.
Steps to terminate an account in WHM
- Log in to WHM.
- For help accessing your WHM control panel see How to Login to WebHost Manager (WHM).
- In Search Tools and Accounts search for Terminate Accounts
- Click Remove next tho the cPanel account you wish to terminate.
- Click Yes, remove this account to permanently delete the account.
Please note
Removing a cPanel account will permenantly delete all data (website files, databases, mailboxes, DNS records, subdomains, aliases and addon domains) associated with the cPanel account Once an account is deleted it is only possible to restore it using a backup. Your data is your responsibility so please ensure you have taken appropriate backups or have our JetBackup addon service before terminating an account.
