To receive a full refund for your Ecenica cloud hosting package you need to notify us via secure support ticket from your Ecenica Dashboard that you wish to cancel within 30 days from the date of your 12 Month cloud hosting plan purchase or 48 hours for Monthly, 3 Month or 6 Month cloud hosting plans.
When you submit your cancellation request, you may also request a refund under our Guarantee if eligible.
30 Day Guarantee rules
- The Ecenica 30 Day Guarantee applies to Cloud Hosting (also known as web hosting or shared-hosting) plans only.
- Applies to cancellation requests received within the first 30 days (Annual or longer Plans) or 48 hours (Monthly Plans or plans of less than 1 year billing terms) of the date purchase.
- The 30 Day Guarantee does not apply to domain names, cloud servers, setup fees, upgrade fees, promotional offers, administrative fees, SSL certificate purchases, custom software install fees, web design fees, SEO fees, and other miscellaneous or expert fees.
- Our 30 Day Guarantee does not cover accounts which have violated our Terms and Conditions or acceptable usage policy.
- Excludes customers who have used our Free Website Migration service.
- To be eligible, your account must not have exceeded 100Mb of bandwidth use.
- Accounts suspended or terminated by our staff due to abuse of our services are not eligible for a refund.
- Ecenica considers that customers who have upgraded from an existing package have already experienced the 30 Day Guarantee.
- You will receive a refund to the full value of your paid for Cloud Hosting service, less any additional or setup fees.
- If your purchased Cloud Hosting service includes a free domain name, the list price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Guarantee starts on the date of purchase.
- Customers can only use the Ecenica 30 Day Guarantee once, and for only their first account.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment card only
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment card to show the refund.
