This article explains how to fix issues logging into the control panel for your Ecenica hosting service.
Symptom:
When you click Login to Control Panel in Ecenica Dashboard you are not automatically logged in to your service and instead you see the cPanel login screen.
Cause:
This will occur if you have changed your cPanel password from the default password created when your Ecenica service was setup.
