Special folders allow you to sync folders in Ecenica Webmail with folders in your PC/Mac email application.

Most email applications and devices use their own set of folders for storing emails you delete or send. For example, Microsoft Outlook uses Deleted Items and Sent Items, MacOS Mail uses Trash and Sent Messages.

The Special Folders setting in Ecenica Webmail allows you to change the folders it uses to store emails you delete and send from Webmail, letting you to keep all your emails in sync across all your devices.

Special Folders is an advanced setting. If you only use Ecenica Webmail to check your email then we recommend leaving it set to default.

Available folders

You can set the following folders:

  • Drafts
  • Sent
  • Junk
  • Trash

How do I use Special Folders?

  1. Log in to Ecenica Webmail
  2. Click Settings from the top right menu
  3. Click Special Folders from the left menu
  4. Select the folders you want Webmail to use for your Drafts, Sent, Junk E-mail and Deleted Items
  5. Click Save
