Steps to access folder management in Roundcube
- Log in to cPanel Webmail using the links above.
- Click Roundcube .
- Click Settings found at the right of the top menu.
- Click Folders in the left pane.
Create a new folder in Roundcube
- From the folder management window click the plus + icon.
- Enter a name for your folder. Optionally choose a parent folder. Click Save
List view mode changes the default way your emails are shown in the folder
– List is the default. Your emails are listed individually.
– Threads your emails are grouped together by conversations. For example replies to the same email.
Delete a folder in Roundcube
- From the folder management window select the folder you wish to delete.
- Click the cog icon at the bottom of the window and click Delete
- Confirm the deletion of your folder.
Move a folder to a sub-folder
Method 1: Drag and drop
- From the folder management window select the folder you wish to move.
- Hold left click and drag the folder.
- Move your cursor to the folder you want to move it to. It will highlight.
- Release left click.
Method 2: Change setting
- From the folder management window select the folder you wish to move.
- Select the parent folder drop-down list and choose the new folder you want to move it to. Click Save
*Note: Select — to move your folder to the ‘root’ or ‘top-level’
Rename a folder
- From the folder management window select the folder you wish to rename.
- Change the folder name and click Save
