Fix sending issues on your iPhone or iPad using steps below:

From your iPhone or iPad home screen:

  1. Tap Settings > Accounts & Passwords. If you’re using an older iOS tap Settings > Mail > Accounts
  2. Tap your Ecenica email account
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap SMTP
  5. Tap Primary Server
  6. Check the following settings:
    Host Name:
    Enter, replacing with your domain name.
    Your Ecenica email address. For example,
    Your email account password.
    Use SSL:
    On (Toggle is Green)
    Server Port
  7. Tap Done
  8. Tap the back arrow at the top left
  9. Tap Done
  10. Press the Home button to finish
