Fix sending issues on your iPhone or iPad using steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
  2. Tap your Ecenica email account.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server
  5. Tap the Primary Server.
  6. Check the information for Outgoing Mail Server is set as follows:
    • Host Name:
    • Username: Your Ecenica email address. For example,
    • Password: Your mailbox password
    • Use SSL: On
    • Authentication: Password
    • Server Port: 465
  7. Tap Done at the top right.
  8. Tap Account at the top left.
  9. Tap Done at the top right to save your changes
