How to Import and Export Contacts in Webmail

Learn how to import and export contacts to and from your Address Book using Web Mail.

Web Mail support importing and exporting contacts in the vCard file format. VCard is the standard for electronic business cards and supported by major email apps and devices including Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, iOS and Android.

Importing contacts

You can import contacts to your Address Book using the vCard data format.

1. Log into Webmail.
2. In the top menu, click Address Book.
3. Click the Import contacts icon.
4. Choose your vCard file containing your contacts.
5. If you want your imported address book to overwrite your existing Webmail address book, tick Replace the entire address book. Otherwise, leave this unchecked.
6. Click Import.

Exporting contacts

You can export contacts saved in your Ecenica webmail address book as vCard data files.
