When editing your Ecenica service you may see the message below, with a login screen asking for your username and password.

Your IP address has changed. Please log in again.

This error is will appear if your IP address changed since you have logged in.

For increased security, we use Cookie IP Validation. This validation is necessary to limit an attacker hijacking your session information to login to your account as you. This is also known as a ‘man in the middle’ attack.

Resolution

Please Login again. The logout will have cleared your web browser’s cookie. For help logging in to your service please see Where do I login to control panel

If you are using a load balanced router then to prevent being logged out we recommend configuring your Dual-WAN router to use Protocol Binding to bind ports 2083-2096 to a single WAN.
