This article explains how-to manage update and change your details associated with your Ecenica account in your Ecenica Dashboard.
At first we use the information you provided during your sign-up. We recommend keeping the details associated with your account up-to-date as it helps you to login to your Ecenica account and contact support and ensures we can always contact you about your Ecenica account and services.
Account Details
You can change the name, email address and default billing address associated with main account holder.
- Login to Ecenica Dashboard
- Click Billing & Account and select Account Details
- Click Save Changes to store your details
Profile
Profile details are what you use to login to Ecenica Dashboard. You can change your name and email address.
- Login to Ecenica Dashboard
- Click Billing & Account and select Edit Profile
- Click Update Profile to save your changes.
