This article explains how-to manage update and change your details associated with your Ecenica account in your Ecenica Dashboard.
At first we use the information you provided during your sign-up. We recommend keeping the details associated with your account up-to-date as it helps you to login to your Ecenica account and contact support and ensures we can always contact you about your Ecenica account and services.
Where can I view My Details?
- Login to Ecenica Dashboard
- My Details is shown on the first page.
- Click Edit
Change / Update account Owner Details
You can change the name, email address and default billing address associated with main account holder.
- Access your details using the steps in Where can I view My Details
- Change or update the form fields. Some fields are required. These are marked with an asterisk (*)
- Click Save Changes when you have finished.
