How to setup IMAP email in HTC HD2

  1. Touch Start
  2. Touch E-mail
  3. Touch Setup E-mail
  4. In the box under E-mail address, enter your full Ecenica email address.
  5. In the box under Password, enter your email password.
  6. Touch the tick box next to Save password.
  7. Touch Next.
  8. Touch the tick box next to Try to get the e-mail settings automatically from the Internet
    to untick it.
  9. Touch Next.
  10. Touch the drop-down arrow below Your e-mail provider.
  11. Touch Internet e-mail.
  12. Touch Next.
  13. Enter your name in the box under Your name.
  14. In the box under Account display name, enter a name for the account. For example, ‘Sales’.
  15. Touch Next.
  16. Touch the box under Incoming mail server.
  17. Enter your Incoming mail server as mail.example.com (replacing example.com with your domain).
  18. Touch the drop-down arrow below Account type.
  19. Touch IMAP4.
  20. Touch Next.
  21. Touch the box under User name.
  22. Enter your full Ecenica email address for the user name.
  23. Touch Password.
  24. Enter your email account password.
  25. Touch Next
  26. Touch the box under Outgoing (SMTP) mail server
  27. Enter mail.example.com (replacing example.com with your domain).
  28. Touch Next.
  29. Setup is now complete.
  30. Touch the drop-down arrow under Automatic Send/Receive to set the time you want to
    elapse before the device checks for new emails.
  31. Touch Finish to start downloading your emails.
