.es domains do not support domain locking or EPP/Auth codes, so you cannot unlock or request a EPP/Auth code from your Ecenica Dashboard.
Instead, to transfer a .es domain name you request the transfer at the gaining registrar, and the .es registry sends a link to the domain’s admin contact via email to approve or deny the transfer.
The admin contact has 10 days to click the approval link in the email. The email is sent from NIC.es or red.es. Click the link in the email to approve the transfer.
If the approval link is not clicked, or the decline link is clicked the .es domain will continue to be registered with Ecenica.
Please note; Ecenica is unable to resend the transfer approval email. This is because the email is sent from the .es registry, NIC.es and not our systems.
