Any account cancellation request must be placed through your secure Ecenica Dashboard.
How to cancel your account
To start the cancellation process, please log in to your Ecenica Dashboard Go to the Support Tickets section. Click Open a ticket and click on Billing. Please enter Cancel Account as your ticket subject. If you have more than one active service, please include details of the service you wish to cancel.
We will email you an auto response confirm receipt of your ticket. Your ticket will then be read by a member of our Billing team who’ll check your details and everything is in order will send you a unique URL you can use to submit the cancellation request.
At this stage you can choose when you would like your account to terminate and whether you also wish for any linked domains you’ve registered with us to also be cancelled.
Please note: For security reasons, we’re unable to process account cancellation by email, live chat, Facebook or Twitter.
Need to downsize?
If your needs have changed you can downgrade your Ecenica service to a different package which is more suited to your needs. To view your upgrade/downgrade options, please login to your Ecenica Dashboard. Go to the My Services section. Click on your service and click the Browse Upgrades button. We’ll now display the available plans. If you would like help choosing a new account please contact us.
Need to change domain?
If you need to change your domain name change the primary domain name your Ecenica account without cancelling your hosting account. We can change your hosting account to your new domain name at no cost and with no downtime. If you would like to change your domain, please open a ticket. Please include your old domain and the new domain name, and we’ll take it from there!
