Connecting to your Ecenica web hosting account using FTP is quick and easy.
You’ll need your FTP login details which can be found in your Ecenica Dashboard by clicking Services > My Services, selecting your Web Hosting plan and clicking Show username & password under the the Control Panel section.
You’ll also need the following FTP details:
| Hostname | yourdomain.com Replace with your domain name |
| Username | Your Ecenica web hosting package username* |
| Password | Your Ecenica web hosting package password* |
| Port | 21 |
If you’re moving a website to us and have not yet pointed your domain at your Ecenica web hosting package then you can use your web hosting account’s server name for the hostname.
You can also create new FTP users in cPanel under FTP Accounts
