Steps to create a Contacts Group

  1. Log in to cPanel Webmail using the links above.
  2. Click Roundcube
  3. Click Contacts
  4. Under groups, click the + button at the bottom left.

  5. Enter a name for your contacts group.
  6. Click Save

Add Contacts to a Group

  • Drag existing contacts into the group. (Use shift to select multiple contacts)
  • Or select the group and create new contacts.
  • Or open the contact, click the Groups tab and checkmark the group you wish the contact to belong to.

Compose an Email to a Contact Group

Method 1:

  1. From the Mail view, click Compose
  2. Double click the contact group from the left Contacts screen to add the addresses to the To: field.

Method 2:

  1. Click Contacts.
  2. Select the contact group.
  3. Click Compose.
