Steps to create a Contacts Group
- Log in to cPanel Webmail using the links above.
- Click Roundcube
- Click Contacts
- Under groups, click the + button at the bottom left.
- Enter a name for your contacts group.
- Click Save
Add Contacts to a Group
- Drag existing contacts into the group. (Use shift to select multiple contacts)
- Or select the group and create new contacts.
- Or open the contact, click the Groups tab and checkmark the group you wish the contact to belong to.
Compose an Email to a Contact Group
Method 1:
- From the Mail view, click Compose
- Double click the contact group from the left Contacts screen to add the addresses to the To: field.
Method 2:
- Click Contacts.
- Select the contact group.
- Click Compose.
