Compose HTML Emails in Webmail

HTML emails let you use different fonts, text sizes, images and bullet point lists.

How-to Enable Compose HTML Emails

To compose HTML emails in Web Mail by default use the following steps:

1. Login to Web Mail
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Composing Messages.
4. Check Compose HTML messages.
5. Click Save.

How-to Disable Compose HTML Emails

If you’d prefer to send simple plain text emails then you can disable compose HTML emails using the following steps:

1. Login to Web Mail
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Composing Messages.
4. Un-check Compose HTML messages.
5. Click Save.
