The steps below explain how to change your email account password in Ecenica Dashboard.

  1. Log in to Ecenica Dashboard.
  2. Click Services > My Services.
  3. Click Manage next to your service.
  4. Click Email Accounts to list your service’s email addresses.
  5. Click Manage next to your email address you wish to update.
  6. Enter a password in the New password field. Tip: use the Generate button to create a new secure password.
  7. Scroll down and click Update Email Settings.

Your Ecenica mailbox will be instantly updated with the new password you have chosen.

Please use this password to log in to Ecenica Webmail and also update your devices and email apps to use your new email password to avoid any errors.
