If you are trying to access your domain tools and you see an error similar to below and the page does not load.
The connection to servername:2083 was interrupted while the page was loading.
Occasionally we see this error if a customer is trying to access the control panel but is behind a firewall. The Domain Tools control panel requires port 2083 to be open and accessible from your network connection.
- Allow port 2083 in your firewall or router settings
- Try accessing the control panel over another network connection, for example tethering via your smartphone
- Use the alternative link, https://cpanel.yourdomain.com Replacing yourdomain.com with your domain
