In this article we’ll explain how you can turn off Auto Renew on your domain name and cancel an upcoming domain renewal. After disabling Auto Renew your domain will expire and be cancelled unless you re-enable Auto Renew.

Disabling auto renew for one domain:

You can individually disable auto renewal for each of your domains.

  1. Log in to Ecenica Dashboard.
  2. Go to My Domains.
  3. Find the row containing your domain and click the Auto Renew switch to toggle the renew status.

Auto renewal will now be disabled and your domain will expire at the end of the current term unless Auto Renew is re-enabled.

Disabling auto renew for multiple domains:

Using the Bulk Actions drop-down menu you can bulk edit several domains at a time.

  1. Log in to Ecenica Dashboard.
  2. Go to My Domains.
  3. Select the domains you wish to edit from the list using the checkboxes on the left. Now select Auto Renewal Status from the Bulk Actions drop-down menu.
  4. Click Disable Auto Renew.

Auto renewal will now be disabled for each of your selected domains. Your domains will expire at the end of their current terms unless Auto Renew is re-enabled.
